It is necessary to pay in advance 30% of the fee of your stay in order to book your reservation.

The balance must be paid directly to your arrival. The reservation becomes effective only after receipt of the deposit.

CANCELLATIONS:

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
